Biography

She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPTh) from Government College of Physiotherapy in 2015 and her Master of Physiotherapy (Cardio-Pulmonary) from S.B.B. College of Physiotherapy in 2017. She is a certified physiotherapist registered with the Maharashtra Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Council and is also a certified Yoga teacher .Presently, she is working as an Associate Professor at AIMS College of Physiotherapy. She has over 6 years and 6 months of clinical and academic experience in cardio-pulmonary physiotherapy, including ICU care, cardiac rehabilitation, and pulmonary rehabilitation. Her professional experience includes serving as Consultant at AIMS Hospital, Senior ICU Therapist at Fortis Hospital, Vashi, and Assistant Professor at B.N. Patel College of Physiotherapy, Gujarat. She also holds a Diploma in Yoga from Somnath Sanskrit University.She has completed multiple certifications such as Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), Mulligan Concept, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, EMG-NCV, Neurodynamic Solutions, Dry Needling, Kinesiology Taping, Pilates Training, and Fitness Training. She has received several recognitions, including the Emerging Researcher Award (2023) and Young Research Award (2024). Her research interests include cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation, physiotherapy in ICU settings, fitness training, Pilates, and Yoga, with multiple national and international publications to her credit.
