Erum Tanveer is a PhD scholar and researcher in the field of health sciences, with a research focus on exercise interventions, mental health, oxidative stress, inflammation, and lifestyle-based approaches for chronic disease management. Her research explores the physiological mechanisms through which physical activity and nutritional interventions influence health outcomes among individuals with depression. She has contributed to scientific publications in international journals and is actively involved in clinical research related to rehabilitation, exercise therapy, and multidisciplinary healthcare approaches.
